Truth: Each scenario is unique in its own way. It’s my mission to find the scenario that works best for my client. From providing a path for first time home ownership to the mortgage-savvy investor, my talents present value far beyond a simple rate quote.


I have a decade of experience in all phases of the mortgage process, something very few loan originators can claim. Originally introduced to the home loan industry as a loan processor, I was soon promoted to an underwriter, then later a branch manager. Today, I’m one of the most widely regarded loan officers in Central Texas. What does that mean to my valued clients?


It means I know how to document and process a loan application, as well as structure the loan to maximize a loan approval. The benefit of knowing the entire loan approval process means faster approvals, along with the advance knowledge that your loan can be approved.


My business philosophy is a simple one—educate my clients and provide accurate, up-to-date information in order to make the proper loan decision. I don’t tell my clients what to do; I provide them with the tools they need in order to find the program that best suits their requirements and counsel them along the way.
